MANILA, Feb. 7 (Xinhua) -- The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) is searching for three people who went missing after big waves capsized a ferry boat in the central Philippines, the PCG said on Wednesday.
In a statement, the PCG said two died in the sea accident that took place on Tuesday morning off San Francisco town on Camotes Islands, Northeast of Cebu province.
The PCG said that the boat with 34 passengers and crew aboard left Carmen town in Cebu on its way to Consuelo in San Francisco, Camotes Islands when the accident happened.
The rest of the passengers and crew have been rescued, the PCG said.
