SHIBERGHAN, Afghanistan, Feb. 27 (Xinhua) -- A total of 13 militants of the Islamic State (IS) group, including a key commander, have been killed in Afghanistan's northern Jawzjan province, spokesman for the provincial government Mohammad Reza Ghafori said Tuesday.
