Cement roads in rural areas improve accessibility to residents in SW China

This aerial photo taken on March 7, 2018 shows a cement road that runs through Liuhe Village in Youjiang District of Baise, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Since 2013, Baise has taken the initiative to develop its rural infrastructure and road networks.
