RAMALLAH, March 11 (Xinhua) -- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday confirmed policy of non-meddling in Arab affairs, the official Palestinian News Agency reported.
He also stressed his rejection of defaming Arab leaders.
Any Palestinian official who criticizes Arab leaders would be held liable for threatening the Arab and Palestinian security, he said.
Abbas expressed appreciation of Arab positions on the U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
He also thanked the Arab support for the peace plan he announced at the UN Security Council in February.
