DUBAI, May 19 (Xinhua) -- Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed on Saturday wrapped up his working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), discussing ways of boosting bilateral cooperation in the fields of trade and investments.
In the meeting with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, earlier in the day, the two politicians also talked about regional developments and global issues of mutual concerns, according to UAE state news agency WAM.
The Crown Prince said "the UAE and Ethiopia are maintaining good, evolving ties within the framework of the two leaderships' keenness to further solidifying the ties and cooperation."
Ethiopia's Ahmed expressed hopes that his country and the UAE, major oil supplier, would witness "steady growth" in various domains.
