BEIJING, June 14 (Xinhua) -- Foreign direct investment (FDI) into the Chinese mainland rose 7.6 percent year on year to 58.81 billion yuan (about 9.2 billion U.S. dollars) in May, data from the Ministry of Commerce showed Thursday.
