NEW DELHI, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- At least seven pilgrims who were returning from the Sabarimala temple in the southernmost state of Kerala died and a couple of others injured when the bus they were travelling in collided with a truck, media reported on Sunday.
All the deceased were reportedly from the southern state of Andhra Pradesh.
The accident occurred in Pudukkottai area in Tamil Nadu state. The injured were admitted to a nearby government hospital.
Further details of the road mishap were not available.
