Indonesian youth soccer players to train six months in U.K.

JAKARTA, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- A total of 24 Indonesia young soccer players will take on a training session for six months in Britain from later this month, the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) announced here on Thursday.

PSSI's Secretary General Ratu Tisha said most of the players are from the former national U-16 team.

"They are the candidates of the U-18 team this year and U-19 team in 2020," she said.

The players will also have some matches with British clubs.
