ABU DHABI, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Minister of State for Defense Affairs Mohammed bin Ahmad Al Bowardi met on Monday with visiting Australian Defense Minister Christopher Pyne.
The UAE minister lauded distinguished ties between the two countries which have witnessed development in various domains.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues of mutual interest and means to further develop cooperation in different areas.
Also present were top commanders from the UAE defense ministry and members of the delegation led by the Australian minister.
